Using traditional Turkish techniques, each dish begins with a hand-drawn pencil, brush, or sponge pattern template. Once the pattern details are drawn, color is applied by brush. Each dish gets a retouch before the final step of glazing. Emerging from the glazing oven are dishes that embody the incomparable beauty of the art of hand-painting.
